These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between AYMA and any buyer (hereinafter “the Customer”) via the website.

Article 2 — Products

AYMA offers custom-made design pieces manufactured in France, including the LF 01 lamp. Each piece is produced after payment is received. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handcrafted manufacturing process, slight variations may occur between pieces.

Products are available in the colors offered at the time of order. AYMA reserves the right to change its range of colors and products at any time.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). As a sole proprietor, AYMA qualifies for the VAT exemption scheme under Article 293 B of the General Tax Code— VAT not applicable. Shipping is included in the listed price for mainland France and neighboring countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Austria).

AYMA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order and Payment

The order is confirmed once the full amount due has been paid. Payment is made securely online via Stripe, which accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Production of the part will not begin until payment has been confirmed. We do not accept partial payments.

Article 5 — Production and Delivery Times

Since each product is made to order, the processing time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation, plus shipping time (2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier and destination).

Delivery is provided via postal service (La Poste / Colissimo or equivalent) to mainland France and neighboring European Union countries, excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left.

AYMA shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since AYMA products are made-to-order and personalized (with colors chosen by the Customer), they are expressly excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity in the product received, the Customer may contact AYMA at contact [at] atelierayma.fr within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.

Article 7 — Legal Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the Customer must contact AYMA by email, attaching photos of the defective product.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on the AYMA website (images, text, design, brand name, models) is the exclusive property of Lucas Fauvelle. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The data collected during the ordering process (name, address, email) is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the order. It is not sold to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data by contacting contact [at] atelierayma.fr.

Article 10 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is asked to contact AYMA first via email in order to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, in accordance with applicable French law.
